UAE & GCC Shipments
Blank Canvas is delighted to offer you a return and exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with the items purchased from us, you can exchange your item within 7 days from the purchase date. Custom made orders or pieces purchased during sales are not eligible for returns and exchange.
- If the item is defected, we provide a replacement piece or an exchange or store credit if the item was returned with no signs of wear within 30 days.
- All items must be returned in perfect condition with the original packaging and the original sales invoice.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges.
- All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Store credit can be used within 6 months from the purchase date.
- Refund & return policy is not applicable for rings.
International Shipments
All international orders are final. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted. Unless the piece is defected. We will provide an exchange or store credit if the item was returned with no signs of wear within 30 days.
- Any returned item must be returned in perfect condition with the original packaging and the original invoice.
- Store credit can be used within 6 months from the purchase date.
Order Cancellation
You are eligible for order cancellation within 24 hours of your initial order. Once your order is confirmed with 50% down payment, we will not be able to cancel it.

Shipping Policy
Blank Canvas delivers to UAE, GCC, USA, Canada, Europe, Middle East, India, Asia and Latin America.
Domestic Shipping Policy
- All domestic orders are processed within 2-3 weeks business days. We will process your orders Saturday through Thursday excluding Friday and public holidays.
- We will deliver your order to the address you have specified.
- Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
*Please note that delivery to Al Gharbia region will take 10-14 working days.
*Delivery delays can sometimes occur.
Shipment / Delivery confirmation
Once we pack your order it will be forwarded to a courier company that will contact you via phone call, SMS and / or Whatsapp for delivery confirmation through the contact number you provided to us.
International Shipping Policy
All International orders are processed within 10-14 business days. Orders will be delivered through FedEX. Our team will provide you the tracking number and you can track your package using the link below.

All countries compilation is based on couriers shipping fees or by their IP zones.
Please be advised, international order can sometimes be delayed in customs. Be sure to check your shipment tracking number for delivery status.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Blank Canvas is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.
If the client refused to accept the delivery locally or internationally, item will be returned and no refund will be given.
Damages
Blank Canvas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact FedEX to file a claim or you can email us at hello@bcbyfatima.com
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
